Senior Computer Class provides one-on-one technology help online and in the Greenville–Spartanburg, SC area. It is owned and operated by Quinn Batten. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This website

This website does not have contact forms or user accounts, and it does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of its own.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the website, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Booking appointments

Appointments are booked through Cal.com. When you book, you provide your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about what you would like help with. Payment for paid sessions is handled by Cal.com and its payment processor during booking. We do not receive or store your full card number. See Cal.com’s privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to schedule and prepare for your appointment, provide help, and contact you about your appointments. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

During a session

You never need to share your passwords with us. Anything you show us during a session is used only to help you with the task at hand.

How long we keep information

We keep booking details only as long as needed to provide our services and to keep the business and tax records we are required to keep.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request or ask a question about this policy, reply to the confirmation email you received when you booked an appointment.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
